a. The Radio Lear Management:

iv. Appoints an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity Officer to oversee the implementation and effectiveness of this policy.
b. Employees, Volunteers, and Contractors:
i. Understand and adhere to this policy in all aspects of their work and interactions.
ii. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusivity in their behavior, language, and content creation.
iii. Report any concerns, incidents, or breaches of this policy to the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity Officer.
4. Programming and Content
a. Radio Lear is committed to providing diverse, inclusive, and representative programming that reflects the broad range of perspectives and experiences within our community.
b. We strive to actively seek out and showcase voices, stories, and perspectives that are often marginalized or underrepresented.
